Your privacy is paramount at Youth-Link.  We request that you carefully read this Privacy Statement in addition to the Youth-Link Terms of Use before using the Services. To access and use certain Youth-Link Services, such as access through the patient platform, or mobile applications, you must have an account with Youth-Link.

Youth-Link may use third-party services and software to provide the Service to You. These third parties may include:

Children Policy

Youth-Link's Service is designed for adolescent psychiatry. As part of this, We do treat children starting at 7 years old. However, We do not collect PII on any child under the age of 18 years old without consent from a parent or legal guardian OR based on state law for age of consent. If You are the parent or legal guardian of a child who has provided us with their PII, please contact Us at support@youth-link.com. Youth-Link will be diligent in ensuring that any data captured for minors without parent or guardian consent will be deleted from Our systems.

Personal Data Use

Youth-Link's reserves the right to leverage the data provided by You for the following purposes:

  • To contact You

    • You will only be contacted if written or digitally written consent.

    • Communication channels can include, but are not limited to Phone, E-mail, Mobile Push Notification, SMS, and or other equivalent forms of electronic communication.

  • Service provision and maintenance

    • Youth-Link will use PII to provide the Service and how it's being used.

    • Management of Your account

  • Inquiry management

    • Data can be used to assist You in inquiries made to Youth-Link

    • Analysis on marketing promotional campaigns

  • Business Events

    • In the event Youth-Link goes through a corporate action such as a merger or purchase​

Data Retention Policy

Youth-Link will retain Your information for as long as legally required both based on Federal and State law OR as long as it's necessary to perform its Service to You. 

Data Deletion Policy

Youth-Link gives You the right to request to delete Your data. You may also contact us at support@youth-link.com for Us to help You delete the PII we have collected about You. Youth-Link does reserve the right to retain specific data when there is a lawful reason or obligation to do so.

Youth-Link reserves the right to provide your data for the following reasons. All these assumptions must be made in good faith:

  • Law Enforcement

    • Youth-Link may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if obligated to do so by law. This also applies if there is a legal inquiry from a public authority such as a court or government agency.​

  • Prevention and or investigation into misconduct in regard to the Service

Youth-Link does it's best to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Your data via modern technology solutions. However, there may be incidents where bad actors gain access to this data via illegal means. Youth-Link cannot guarantee absolute security with Your data.
