Request an Appointment
Start by requesting an appointment through the Youth-Link website with some basic information about yourself or your child.

Sign Patient Consent Forms
Once your patient portal is activated, we will send digital consent forms to your patient portal account to ensure you understand our terms, your rights, and the services provided.

Chat with Youth-Link
We will reach out by phone or email, based on your preferred contact method, to ask a few basic questions and get you set up in our system.

Schedule an Appointment
At this stage, you can either request a date and time for your appointment through the patient portal or call Youth-Link to have it scheduled for you.

Activate Patient Portal
You will receive a link via phone or email to set up your account in our patient portal, where you'll be asked to provide insurance and payment information.

Meet Your Provider
On the day of your appointment, check in through the patient portal and join the session when the provider initiates the telehealth visit.
